BED

Very high rigidity bedplate for precise machining.

  • Made of heat-stabilized EN-GJL-300 quality cast iron. Hardened guideways (450 HB).
  • No interference of the movement of the guides with the tailstock and steady rests.

CHIP DISPOSAL

Chip evacuation for a clean and tidy workplace.
  • Optimized design of chip and coolant evacuation, which allows maintaining the thermal stability of the bed.
  • Two chip conveyors on both sides of the workpiece area.
  • The machine and bed are designed to recover all the coolant and prevent any leakage to the perimeter of the machine.

What does the range provide?

The GMi mill-turn range of multi-process lathes enables the machining of large, high-value parts in a single setup.
