Equality Plan

  • Integrate equal opportunities between women and men in the organization as a basic and transversal strategy.
  • Establish policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without discriminating directly or indirectly on the basis of sex.
  • To develop measures to achieve real equality within our organization, establishing equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle of our corporate and human resources policy, in accordance with the definition established in Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for effective equality between women and men.
  • To report, internally and externally, on all decisions taken in this regard and to project an image of the Organization in accordance with this principle of equal opportunity between women and men.
