TALGO PATENTS AND GEMINIS LATHES SIGN COMMERCIAL COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

The two companies aim to offer a complete range of lathes to railway maintenance workshops. The agreement strengthens the already existing relationship between the maintenance equipment unit of TALGO PATENTES and the railroad unit of the lathe manufacturer GEMINIS LATHES. TALGO and GEMINIS strengthen, expand and formalize their commercial collaboration with the signing of an agreement aimed at completing the range of machinery needed in railway maintenance workshops. The two companies develop and manufacture complementary products, in the case of TALGO pit lathes and in the case of GEMINIS surface lathes, which makes possible the collaboration to offer complete solutions composed of different machines for train maintenance workshops.in the words of Mr. Josu Unzueta, General Manager of GEMINIS, "both companies have a complementary product, which in no case is competition and has the same end customer: train maintenance workshops". From TALGO, its Maintenance Equipment Manager, Mr. Jesús Aranda, points out that "the magnificent relationship maintained in recent years between the two companies has led us to collaborate at specific times, and we understand that this is a good time to strengthen the existing relationship and increase commercial collaboration". This commercial collaboration is focused on sharing agents and an international commercial network, sharing information on projects related to railway maintenance, and designing and executing joint actions aimed at marketing the products of both companies.
