GEMINIS AND INDUSTRY 4.0 AT THE BIEMH

GEMINIS will be in Hall 1 - Stand F22 during the BIEMH (Spanish Machine Tool Biennial).
From May 28th to June 1st visitors will have the opportunity to see a GT line Lathe (Mod. GT 5) focused on Industry 4.0, equipped with a new GEMINIS own HMI, which features:
-STATUS MONITOR. Machine status monitoring (temperatures, consumptions, speeds... etc.).
-MONTHS. Monitoring and management systems of manufacturing processes in the plant, to optimize production processes.
-Tool manager.
-Integrated maintenance plan.
-Integrated User Manual.
-Drawing viewer.
-Special machining cycles. Measuring cycles, Lebus thread machining cycles, grinding cycles...etc.
-Diagnostic cycles. Bearing condition monitoring, gear condition monitoring...etc.

On the other hand, the SMART Applications developed by GEMINIS related to Technology 4.0 will be reported at the fair.

You will also be able to see the capabilities of the different machining processes that GEMINIS can implement in its MULTIPROCESS machines, which are being assembled in its facilities.

Finally, we will be pleased to inform you about the new developments specifically developed for the RAIL sector.
